Cancelling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your account dashboard.
2. Click Manage Billing in the Subscription card.
3. In the Paddle customer portal, select Cancel Subscription.
4. Confirm the cancellation.

You'll receive a confirmation email from Paddle. In the CueSync dashboard the subscription stays Active and a Cancels on banner shows the date, until the end of the current period. Changed your mind before then? Keep my subscription in that banner undoes the cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation

• Access continues until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You are not cut off immediately.
• At expiry, your license key becomes inactive and CueSync returns to read-only mode.
• Your data (show files, venue profiles, outputs) remains on your Mac. Nothing is deleted remotely.
• Your account remains active — you can resubscribe at any time and reactivate the same or a new license key.

Refund Policy

CueSync's refund windows are 14 days from a monthly payment (your first or a renewal) and 30 days from your first annual payment or a lifetime purchase; you may request a full refund within them.

If you renew an annual subscription, ask within 30 days of the renewal date and the refund is pro rata. Contact us at contact@cuesync.live with your order ID.

Refunds are for customers who tried CueSync in good faith. If you have already received a refund from us within the last 12 months, on any account or email address, or purchases and refunds repeat in a pattern, we may decline a further one, and we will tell you why. When we refund a subscription payment, that subscription ends and we cancel it for you, so you are not charged again. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law where you live.

Outside those windows a refund is not available, but if something went wrong with your purchase, email us and we will look at it. The full Refund Policy has the details.

Resubscribing

To resubscribe after cancellation, go to the pricing page and choose a plan. A new license key will be issued immediately.
