Cancelling Your Subscription
How to cancel, what happens to your access and data, and the refund policy.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account dashboard.
- Click Manage Billing in the Subscription card.
- In the Paddle customer portal, select Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
You'll receive a confirmation email from Paddle. Your subscription status in the CueSync dashboard will show Cancelling until the end of the current period.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You are not cut off immediately.
- At expiry, your license key becomes inactive and CueSync returns to read-only mode.
- Your data (show files, venue profiles, routing maps) remains on your Mac. Nothing is deleted remotely.
- Your account remains active — you can resubscribe at any time and reactivate the same or a new license key.
Refund Policy
CueSync offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all editions. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment and have not received a live-show benefit, contact us at hello@cuesync.live with your order ID for a full refund.
Refunds after 30 days are handled case-by-case. We do not offer partial refunds for unused annual subscription periods, but we're always willing to talk — email us.
Resubscribing
To resubscribe after cancellation, go to the pricing page and choose a plan. A new license key will be issued immediately.
