Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to account dashboard → Subscription card.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the higher edition.
- Confirm the prorated charge for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Your license key is automatically reissued with the new edition permissions. Restart CueSync on your Mac to apply the upgrade — no re-activation required.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to account dashboard → Subscription card.
- Click Change Plan and select a lower edition.
- The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain your current edition until then.
Data Preservation
Downgrading does not delete your data. CueStack entries beyond the DJ edition's 16-cue limit are preserved; they become read-only until you upgrade again. All venue profiles, routing maps, and show files are stored locally on your Mac and are unaffected by plan changes.
